Cabanyal´s beach

From the hotel “Las Arenas”, to the south and up to the hospitable residency, to the north; we find this emblematic beach, which takes its name after the adjacent neigbourhood This ancient fishermen neighbourhood called Cabañal reminds us of how simple the lives of its inhabitants used to be: sea, fields and a rough roof over their heads. Equipped with many services, the large sandy area is home to exchange students, young people and families. Its volleyball courts are used all throughout the year, as well as its promenades and nightlife areas. Within this community, we must highlight the ancestral procession of Saint Marinera during holy week , where a statue is taken to the shore, before the awestruck bathers.
